Registration
Step 1: Financial Aid
If your family would like to pursue financial aid, please email registrar@razorhawks.com to get a code, which you will need to enter during the Rugby Xplorer step below.
Step 2: Rugby Xplorer
Once you are ready to proceed to Rugby Xplorer, follow these steps:
If you don't already have one, create a Rugby Xplorer account for YOURSELF (not for your player yet!).
Sign in to your Rugby Xplorer account.
Select "Register" in the top left corner.
Select “Find a Club”.
Select "Link a new person".
Now enter your player's information. Note: TRIPLE-CHECK their Date of Birth, because the only way to fix a mistake is to petition USA Rugby for a change! And if your player is under 14, Rugby Xplorer will verify parental consent with a pop-up window. Enter YOUR information in this window, not your player's.
Enter "EPA Peninsula Rugby" (NOT "Razorhawks"—that's the local women's club!).
Enter the requested information to register your player.
Review and agree to all terms and conditions.
Enter payment information (including discount code if you obtained financial aid above) and select "Pay Now".
Step 3: Eligibility Verification
After you've finished registering on Rugby Xplorer, look for an email from USA Rugby & USA Youth & High School Rugby requesting your player's birth certificate or student ID verification.
Reply to the email, sending the requested image(s) for your player.
Once your player's eligibility is confirmed through the email link, the player will be approved in Rugby Xplorer, and the emailed image(s) will be deleted by USA Rugby & USA Youth & High School Rugby.
